Was just wondering what our age range is.

Being given the gift of two-spirits meant that this individual had the ability to see the world from two perspectives at the same time. This greater vision was a gift to be shared, and as such, Two-spirited beings were revered as leaders, mediators, teachers, artists, seers, and spiritual guides

You left out "Older than Dirt" so I had to allow myself to be labeled based on my physical age (as measured by rotations of this planet around its primary), though my mental age is much less.

Early Cretaceous would also be an acceptable age, though there may have been issues with the various global warming organizations of that time...those selfish bast*rds.  They acted like they didn't want to later become the "driving force" that made my commute to work possible.

Ya put your right foot in.  You put your right foot out.  You put your right foot in and you shake it all about.  You do the Andro-gyney and you turn yourself around.  That's what it's all about.

If you've already voted you can't be over 54 methinks and thats not old.
Don't be so hard on yourself.
Let us do that for you.

The problem is that there are so many possible choices.  Do I measure my age in:

Years since my body was born?
Years since I accepted that I was transgendered?
How old I feel in the morning after a hard day's work the day before (or really 2 days before)?
How young I feel in my head?
How young I act when that cutie at the office says they need help?
How old I feel when all my younger friends are showing pictures of their grandkids?
How young I feel when I laugh and say I don't have any grandkids yet?
How young I feel while the tequilla flows, or how old I feel the next morning?

So many choices, and the correct answers are across the board.

I think it is a trick question.  Ask any AARP member...you are only as old as you feel

Don't let yourself be pidgeonholed into some binary-ish age scale!  Join the growing throng (of 1?) that says...uhh, what was the question? Luby's for supper?  3:30?  I'll be there...ummm, oh yeah, join those of us who say age classification is just too oppressive and should not be tolerated!  Meet me at Luby's and we'll write letters to our congressmen, and maybe just try one more piece of that custard pie

Laurry darlink, I hate to say it, but if we're meeting for dinner at 3:30, we just might be getting old>:D

Well, what the heck, I'll be there anyway. What's for dessert?

In Laurry's perfect world (where I have won the lottery and don't have to actually do anything for a living), 3:30pm would be just in time for breakfast, but alas, I am still un-rich.

Zythyra, yet again it seems we are long lost twins as I, also, have been on this earth 51 years so far this time (7-2-56 for you bean-counters).  I am NOT a member of AARP, (for the same reasons as you), though some of the discounts ARE appealing.

As far as Luby's for supper at 3:30...What?  You want we should meet at 4?  ... What part of exaggerated stereotypes did you not understand?  OMG...you ARE getting old!!!! AND OMG! OMG! that means I am too....AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!   :icon_yikes:

And our dear poor Pica...Zie was much too nice a person to have fallen victim to age-grouping...we will miss hir youthful charm and exhuberance...alas...woe is me.  <sounds of weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth>

Laurry,

I was born in March 1956, so being twins could be tricky, although not impossible. Goddess, 4 months of labor, poor Mom!!  :icon_help:

Sure, let's meet at 4PM then.... oy, don't you think that's a little late for supper tho???  >:D

No wonder Mom always liked you best.  That's OK, I always wanted an older brother and sister, and here I have them both, in you.   :-*

As far as supper...isn't the older sibling supposed to pay?

Is this one of those polls where we have to explain our answer?

QuoteIs this one of those polls where we have to explain our answer?

It's optional.

Of course, it is an androgyne poll, so obscure, long winded explanations (see any of my posts for examples of this) are welcome.  ;D

44 is same forwards as backwards, so you could be either age. If you prefer, 4+4 is 8, so you could be that age too...

Z (I'm 51, backwards is 15, 1+5=6)

Explaining your age would entail describing certain actions from a mother and father. Dont think we want to hear that.
