Low Carb Cheese Alfredo sauce

8oz Cream Cheese
6 Teaspoons of Butter
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of garlic

In a sauce pan, melt the cheese and butter until it is creamy
The stir in the milk and garlic

Pour or spoon this over chicken , pork or turkey (I cute the meat into bite-size chunks)

That's a little different than the standard white sauce base. Mine would be heavier on the seasonings.

Wouldn't have thought cream cheese instead of Parmesan. I'll try it, but with added seasoning like Devlyn.
