So I accidentally outed myself to my Co-Workers, it went surprisingly better then I thought it would. Since it was a accident it scared me pretty bad, but no one seems to be making a big deal or honestly even caring. So +1 to that.

Anyone else accidentally outed themselves before they were ready to?

Edited: Cause I was freaking when I typed this and had spelling errors out the whazoo

Not accidentally but on purpose. I told a few people at work and I've had nothing but support from them. One coworker made a comment about skinny jeans and selfies* but she's since said nothing.

However there are two guys that stare at me a lot when I walk by now. One of them went on vacation to India but the other can't keep his eyes off of me and not in a good way. He even asks stupid questions about why I'm removing my facial hair (none of his business). I'm seriously thinking of involving HR.

*the "selfie" incident. I manage a small wifi network at work. I go around with test instruments to test it but sometimes I just carry an iPhone to get an end user perspective. I was near her desk taking a speed test on my iPhone and she started talking with a couple other people there. Then I heard them whispering and she asked, "so are you taking a selfie in your skinny jeans?" Ummm no... I showed them the speed test and they immediately shut up.

I put something up on Imgur, and sent it to my co-workers in our Water Cooler Chat Room, and one of them went back and read some of my older comments on Imgur. Comments where I mention I am trans, then brought it up in the chat room.

Didn't bug me too much, just startled me. I telecommute, so no one really gets to see the real me or hints of me as I am still presenting boy-mode at work.
