The lady with the huge lump on her cheek is some MTF who had botched  illegal'silicone' injections from 'a dr' in the USA!

I had partial FFS with dr Chet late 2004 and I'm still happy with the very natural looking results.

^ This. Most of those photos I've seen elsewhere are are photos of people who did illegal self feminization procedures with unlicensed back alley doctors. And yes, the woman with the hard lump in her cheek was a well documented case of someone who self-injected silicone into their face.
