Another thing to consider is that these campaigns can be created by other doctors due to economic reasons.

^ This. Most of those photos I've seen elsewhere are are photos of people who did illegal self feminization procedures with unlicensed back alley doctors. And yes, the woman with the hard lump in her cheek was a well documented case of someone who self-injected silicone into their face.
