first off I don't know if this has been a topic, there's a lot to skim over, does anyone think or feel they dream as a female at night?  I've felt like I do for a few years.  After bottling stuff up long enough I found my way here now, so I'm new, I would like to hear what others think for a free shrink session.  Mostly I notice my body and feel self conscious I guess about my feminine appearance in dreams is about all I ever remember.  I am also still pre hrt...  Thoughts?

It would be nice if I did. If I do dream, my gender is never known.

Yes, this is a fairly common recurring topic. No problems!

I think you'll find it varies for most people. My gender presentation in dreams, where it's even apparent, can be all over the place and usually dependent on the theme of the dream.

More than anything though I think my dreams reflect that I am transgender- which makes more sense than dreaming I was a cis male or female.

Okay so I was thinking something along those lines, I don't recall ever seeing my self physically in a dream.  I do understand how I feel about my appearance possibly I'm just thinking and dreaming about starting hrt and anticipating or something now that I know what direction i am going to take with my gender deal... who knows. I have dreams also with no connection to what gender I am, maybe more female I am pretty sure I  think more like a woman.  some dreams it doesn't matter its just a random dream.  Thanks for response as silly of a question as it is.

Most of the time, no.   But during my repressing years, I had a dream one night that I was "placed" into a woman's body, for unknown reasons.  Espionage, maybe?  Anyway, I felt myself as this tall beautiful blonde in a gorgeous long tight dress walking through a restaurant. It was so real and felt so right, I still get goosebumps thinking about.   And that was like 8 or 9 years ago!

I've always been genderless in my dreams.  Although, whether it means anything or not, most of my dreams pre-transition entailed running from whatever decided to chase me that night.  I seem to dream about fighting and kicking villains' asses nowadays, but then I wake up realizing how that would never come even close to happening in real life now since I'm far weaker and smaller than I've ever been! LOL.

Genderless or transitioning, sometimes purely as a woman... not often enough though... but that's to be expected given my life as a conforming to recent times male  :'(

Very often as a woman now. Even with all the right "bits" in place.

I only came out to myself about 6 months ago, but I've been dreaming about being a girl for 4 years at least.
