I am 16 and am going to my first appointment in london tomorrow. I really want hormone blockers to stop puberty so I can think about things. Do you think they will be able to refer me for hormone blockers after the one appointment??

Also I am hoping to transition this summer but not do anything physical (apart from the blockers), or change name legally and gender kegally. I still want people to call me she and vanessa but I dont want to make a mistake which is why I want the blockers so I can stop worrying about my body changing and actually be able to think. Am I aloud to go abroad with my male passport but be a girl physically, as long as the picture looks like me in the passport??? Will I get stopped?

This is extremely unlikely, If my all experience with the uk health system is worth anything they will be apathetic/vaguely hostile to you, and will not even consider helping you until your 2nd/3rd appointment. Whitch if my other experiences are accurate will take another 1/2 years to get.

Depends where your going and the nature of how you present yourself, I've never tried this personally.

I find this appalling that given the current state of scientific understanding that a child cannot obtain appropriate medical treatment, especially with parental support.  You *do* have parental support, don't you?
