I am having mandible chin and jaw surgery done in Febuary.  I have the surgery booked combined with a lower facelift.  I am 38 and have very minimal sagging now and dont want any loose excess skin after surgery.  Is the lower lift something I should do at the time of the mandible surgery or wait until I am fully healed from the mandible?  I fear that as the swelling goes down I might end up looking pulled too tight.  I am looking for feedback, have it at the same time or wait until healed????
