Hi all,
I have been on a fairly low dose hrt regimen of Spiro and estradiol for about 3 a little over 2 months now. Recently, I have begun feeling a very faint aching sensation periodically in my chest.  It doesn't happen all the time and sometimes it is so faint that I'm not even sure whether or not I'm imagining it.  As best as I can tell I don't have any true breast development yet, but it does look like I have pecs for the first time in my life, so I'm thinking it's a mild case of gynomastia. My nipples haven't really become any more sensitive and as best I can tell, they haven't changed visibly and there is no sign of breast buds forming.  My question is, is it normal for there to be some mild aching before breastshe begin to develop or is it a symptom of gynoma stir that I wasn't familiar with?  Im not hugely concerned by all of this at the moment, but am more curious about what exactly might be happening to my body. Any help that you all can give related go your own experiences with hrt would be much appreciated.

I started experiencing chest pain at about 2 months on HRT. The pain got worse and worse, and then eventually my nipples felt like they were on fire any time they were touching anything. Then, that pain gradually turned into a more dull, hard soreness under the nipple. I definitely experienced pain for quite a while before there was any noticeable breast development. My rule has become that if I can trace the pain to anywhere under either nipple, it's probably breast growth pain. If it's right in the center of your chest, you might want to talk to your doctor.
