I ordered the "Cool Mesh Pullover Long Chest Binder" from LesLoveBoat.com (http://www.lesloveboat.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=368) and am very, very pleased!

I had been struggling with my method of binding (what I like to call an "industrial strength" sports bra with absolutely no elastic or give in the front panel and almost none in the band), and starting to have constant pain in my shoulders and upper back.  As a large-chested guy (5' 3", 222 lb, 38 DDD chest), I was feeling hopeless after Underworks and other binders I tried didn't work.

I almost didn't order the binder from LesLoveBoat because there were comments here in the forums that they may not be good for larger chests.  I am glad I took the risk - I never dreamed that binding could be this comfortable with the right binder.

The shape it creates is fantastic (so awesome to see such a flat silhouette!) and it is SO much more comfortable than the binding method I was using previously!  I can breathe easily, and my shoulder/back pain is getting better quickly.  The mesh material is extremely breathable (I have always run hot, even before T!) but soft enough that I don't have to put a tank top underneath.  Also, the racer-back style is exactly what my shoulders needed.  I have complete range of motion and the tops of my shoulders aren't having to support all the weight of the giant chesticles my genes gave me after being soaked in estrogen!

Definitely follow their measurements for sizing - I ordered a 3XL (when normally I get an XL) and it fits great.  They do take a while to get to the states since they are in Taiwan, but it was well worth the wait.  Wish I would have known about this binder a year ago!
