No interest for me. I'd rather that a bath, shave my legs, later do my nails & maybe color my hair.

Sweetie and I are recording it so we can fast forward to the commercials. We have no interest in football.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Im from the UK but I LOVE US sports. I love watching greatness, and either way that's what we are going to witness. I feel like Brady And the Pats deserve more rings than they have got. I mean that is the definition of a dynasty. But then if the Seahwaks win that is back to back..with a young QB, who might have balled is eyes out like a sissy after beating the packers but who I think is an awesome leader of a team..(sorry I'm a guy who wants to be a girl but I can't help but use the word) ... and even if Sherman is the biggest douche on the planet..albeit extremely talented. Either way for the neutrals it's a great one! Appreciate the post! When I really think about it...GO PATS!!

As an erstwhile, long suffering Jets fan, I cannot root for the Patriots.

Go Pats! My game time meal is started,  I've got a ribeye brining in apple jack with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, onion powder and garlic powder. I'm going to make a baked potato and green beans with it.

Not so surprising, this is this is the answer in our home too.  Maybe its a holdover from childhood discrimination but even as an adult it amazes me that watching grown men deliberately run into each other is so popular as it seems barbaric to me.  The celebrity fuss, macho chest bumps and $$$ further my feeling that there are better venues for all of the attention we have to lavish?  And now our medical knowledge clearly makes it a risk to those 'players' getting hit hard in the head for cheers and our amusement. First down and outta here ;D

sorry for posting here, but may i just say i agree.
it's quite silly.
and not just the sport, but the whole commercial thing.
people actually looking forward to that commercial half-time spectacle.
people actually enjoying grown men acting like rabid bulls.

Personally, I'd rather watch rugby (either men's or women's...especially the womens  :P )

But today is not the Rugby Bowl, it's the SEA HAWKS BOWL!!!
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

How is that being sissy??! Don't they all ball their eyes out after a game?

Sounds great! I think we're going to make really good, from-scratch, macs and cheese -- the kind with a bit of mustard in the sauce, and maybe some white wine. (And probably have some more of that pork... )

We're big football fans. I'm sorta rooting for the Hawks, but mostly, I just want to see a good game: competitive, not a lot of unforced errors and penalties, and halfway decent officiating. My only beef is that neither team really has an elite wide receiver -- I love watching those guys make unbelievable plays. But there's Gronk, of course, who's fun to watch, not least because he enjoys himself so much.

I got hungry and didn't wait for the game! I didn't care for the way it came out. The apple smelled good but the taste stayed separate from the meat rather than blending, that's the best way I can phrase it. Still a good steak, though.

Why do I always get all emotional, choked up and teary eyed when they sing the National Anthem?

Interesting -- guess I'll cross that off my list of things to try. It's pretty hard to go wrong with rib eye, though, no matter what you do with it. Have you tried bourbon? I don't usually marinate rib eye, but I like doing flank steak in sherry and soy sauce, with some ginger and garlic...

I think I'm just gonna root for Sherman and Revis.
