A friend asked me to go to Maine and bring her car down for her. So tomorrow morning I'm going to Maine . . . in February . . . with six feet of snow on the ground . . . with subzero temperatures expected . . . gosh, she must be a very good friend.
Anyway, I will be visiting Caribou and then I have to drive the car back down afterward. So if anyone up in Maine or between there and Maryland would like to meet up for a cup of coffee to help me break up the drive, please do let me know! I'd be especially interested in meeting activists and others who are doing work on behalf of the community.
