is that like when the tooth fairy comes and steals my teeth out of my mouth while I sleep and leaves gold and rubies in their place?

All because I ate chocolate? I am so confused by this holiday you speak of.

I will actively try to avoid anything with the "V" word.

Unfortunately for me, one of the molesters who got me had a last name with identical spelling and everything. Wife and I now call it "Lover's Day", and we are planning surprises for each other throughout the day (and..*ahem*....the night)

Yikes. Well, have a great time! I haven't had a V Day in over 10 years now. I don't even care anymore. It's now an excuse to be snarky and pretend I'm in loveless despair for the sake of good writing.

My wife and I are going to the zoo, and then making a gourmet duck dish with a nice bottle of wine or two, capped off with a chocolate dessert. If the weather is nice, we will have the dinner on our front deck with a cute tablecloth and candles.

Admit it! You are only snarky because the tooth fairy left you the yucky chocolates , the ones no one ever eats... and no rubies or gold! She hides at the end of the rainbow I hear.. lets gang up and get her this year!
