Thanks all, it's really been a great experience so far. People have been treating me pretty much normal. There are a few that don't seem as talkative as normal, perhaps they are unsure how to talk to me now. I've been breaking the ice in those situations when I can. Overall though, I couldn't ask for a much better experience. It is such a relief to finally be presenting as myself at work, I'm very happy with where I'm at and how things are going.
All I have left now is to tell my boys (my daughter already knows). I plan on speaking to them Sunday night. Then once they are ready I'll start seeing them as Alaia and will be 100% out in all areas of my life.
