My female alter likes being flat. She is athletically built (5'10" 144 pounds) and with a psychological age of 13, womanly curves are not part of her self image. The thought of falsies basically gives her the willies. That said, the tiny breasts she developed as a side effect of HRT turned out to be surprisingly important to her sense of female self. Size doesn't matter; having breasts of her own does.
