Clitoral release surgery

So, I'm checking out bottom surgery options and I'm kinda leaning toward the clitoral release option rather than metoidoplasty or phalloplasty [for now, anyway.]  I've searched the web for information on just this surgery and received very little information.  So I was wondering if anyone here has had it done and how do you feel about the results?  How long did it take for you to recover?  How long did you have to recover before you could have sex?  Did anyone here have it done at the same time as any other surgeries, like hysterectomy or something else?

I had it as a separate procedure. The recovery time was minimal. For the first a few weeks, I felt very uncomfortable and some pain occasionally, but not too bad and I was able to function normally with any daily tasks except for exercises, which I did not return to until around a week post op.
