lost and need help

I want to change. I don't know what to do where to go, how to find job even a place. I keep hitting a dead end job not even pay enough for anything. I want to grow wing and fly. My id still the same i didn't get to perform any change SRS, GRS, surgery. Only thing is shoot.
I know Who I'm and I'm happy. I need to find a place I can live with good friend?
