I ordered their monthly box last October. The box arrived about 2 weeks after they shipped it, but was a nice box so I'm happy about that purchase. Not realizing I had signed up for a subscription, I got an invoice for another box around mid-November. I asked if they could cancel it, as I only wanted the one. They said they would not cancel an order that was processed but not shipped. Not a good business practice in my opinion, but it was my mistake in not realizing I had subscribed. I asked them to cancel any future subscriptions from my account, and it took them 4 emails to do it and confirm that it was done. Their second subscription box marked as shipped at the end of November. They had a really good buy one-get one deal for Black Friday that I took advantage of. I never got shipping information for this package, but it arrived before the box did, and that was about a month later. The box came two weeks after that (January at this point). Tracking information was never updated for any of my packages after being marked as shipped.
So in my case, I did receive everything I ordered, though not in a timely fashion. I found their customer service and shipping abilities to be severely lacking, and those are much more important to me than getting the best price.
