Does taking T cause a brow ridge to form? I've heard that steroids can cause a more pronounced brow ridge but I'm not sure how true that is or if T would even have the same effect.

Bone growth would most likely only be affected if you were still growing physically. Bones solidify by 25 for most people. If someone was young and put on HRT then I would imagine it could affect their growth patterns, but otherwise T isn't going to change bone structure. I certainly wish it could though.

T is an anabolic steroid. I thought it would have some effect on bone structure, as facial structure tends to change on T. Otherwise transmen would look identical to how they did pre-T.

My impression was that the changes are minimal and mostly in fat and muscle. Some guys say that their hands and feet got bigger. I've noticed a change in my face shape but I'm not sure it's bone structure. I could be wrong, of course.

My eyebrows were a lot like my moms, not necessarily a thin line, but thinness as in not much hair if you know what I mean

I was so embarrassed of my eyebrows but now I couldn't be happier, they are mostly the same shape now but just filled in more, took maybe 6-8 months?

so, yes.. there were places with no hairs, that now have hairs.. also my fiance's mom made him pluck his eyebrows thin and now his eyebrows look perfectly masculine.
