Today is the first day I've dressed and gone out was super nervous but my gf thought it would be a good idea . I had such anxiety I almost dident go to my doctors appointment (3hours away from where I live. ) on the way to my Appointment we went to McDonald's for breakfast and had a transwomen as a server she was super nice and was smiling at me the whole time .. Then at both pay tolls I got mam'd and asked how is ladies were doing. Was super cool now I'm in the waiting room at my doctors waitin to go over my blood work and get my medicine
