Heya!
So about six months ago was when I finally decided I was ready to start putting serious effort into my transition. A big part of that has been losing weight, I was well above where I'd like to be, and in that time I've lost about 35 lbs. But I've still got plenty to go. I'm currently waiting on an appointment that will let me start HRT (I promise I don't spend all of my time staring at my phone willing it to ring. Maybe only 80% of it).
My big question is, I'd quite like to continue my weight loss, but of course once I start HRT I'd like to see results there as well. Am I shooting myself and my progress in the foot if I continue weight loss plans ones HRT starts? I've been very worried about having it be more difficult to lose fat from the places I'm trying to lose it now (Under chin, stomach), and having my weight loss efforts instead get in the way of breast development and other fat that I'd quite like to have.
Anyone have much experience or advice about shedding pounds while starting HRT?
