Wny support

I know I am like a complete infant when it comes to well everything, I live in Western New York area around niagara falls /buffalo does anyone know of a support group in this area, sadly working 2 jobs does limit my time but I think I really need to find some help going alone is draining and I feel more and more isolated. I know that once I see a therapist and start this process it might get worse I'm prone to so much self doubt so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

I live in Rochester NY, and we have a trans social group( usually 20 or more people come every time) at the Equal Ground's coffee house on South Ave. It is every thursday 7pm-9pm. It might be a bit out of your area range but it really is a great group of people.
