Orchiectomy Australia

Hi Guys,

I am wanting to get an Orchiectomy at some stage in the next two months in Australia, I would prefer to go with someone in Canberra but I understand that may not be the best choice.

I am wondering if all you lovelies at Susan's would be able to answer any of these questions I have.

• Has anyone had an Orchiectomy in Canberra, if so how was your experience?
• What is the recovery time like and how soon were you able to go back to standing for long periods?
• What sort of cost were involved, what was and wasn't covered by medicare/private health? (In Australia of Course)
