This question is for any caffeine withdrawal survivor. I sound like a butthead complaining about something very... Just... Pointless. The truth is I haven't been feeling too great as a result of quitting coffee/tea/etc. you just feel down, about everything. Lethargy is a royal pain ... Which only adds to the random muscle aches. The thing I'm most concerned with are my sinus problems, which always occurs when I'm cutting some caffeine from my usual dosage.
I've done subtracting as the time goes by, and that doesn't seem to do the trick for me. Recently I've gotten into oil pulling in the morning which I believe helps a ton, though I've only been using that method for a day. Citrus is useful, lemons, etc., I think. Exercise really bothers my sinuses, save for yoga, so I'm constantly doing random poses everywhere I can (it's okay , not doing it blindly, I know most of them and the routine by heart).
I'm curious if there is anything else out there that I may have skipped or have never heard of that can do me some good! Thanks a bunch.
And btw, I was probably 500+ mg caffeine daily. No bueno, I know. That's why I'm taking a change of pace.
