Hello ladies, I'm Alyson, I just wanted some help finding Surgeons for my second surgery I'd like done which is Adams Apple reduction, have any of you ladies had this done if so where did you go and has it affected your voice in a Good way or Bad?

It might help if you tell where you are located so people can point you to surgeons at least in your own country.

And you might get more replies if you posted in the FFS forum?

I think that all of the well known FFS surgeons are adept at tracheal shave's. I had mine done in Thailand by Dr. Chettawut, and it did not affect my voice at all.
