Just wanted to say hello. Have been lurking around for a time. Born male, 57 y.o. have been toting the gender gorilla on my back beating me upside my head every step of the way. Reached the point lately I didn't think I could keep going. Visiting this site and reading the stories of the members I think helped me to have the courage to find a gender therapist. Had my first appointment last week. Plan to stick with it. Have started down a new road in life , don't really know where it will take me, just hoping for happiness at the end.
