I'm a combat boot wearing tomboy. I don't really like dresses or skirts but I would wear tight fitting clothing.

Currently wear whatever I want at home (usually run around in boxers and a singlet or old t-shirt). When going out I wear denim shorts or jeans, black cargo shorts, black sneakers and either graphic t-shirts (usually dark colours like black, grey and blue) or more recently button up shirts (plain, patterned or checked). Will be investing in some other coloured casual shoes within the next year, lining up a pair of white Volleys and some Converses. :P

Now that I'm more settled and accepting of my gender identity, I'm caring more about what I wear. I was the type of person who didn't give a hoot about fashion or matching clothes, but now, I'm actively seeking out clothes that match and clothes that look good on me. It's a liberating feeling not to be restricted in what clothes I find comfortable wearing now that I'm almost exclusively shopping from the menswear section.

I've always liked loose clothes. Relaxed fit jeans, T-shirts or casual button downs, athletic sneakers and boxers.

Jeans and t-shirts mostly. I like plain clothes that don't stick out.

I spent a lot of time in the south, so whenever I need to get a little dressed up, I'll go for a simple, preppy southern look.

To be honest, I like using the word flamboyant when it comes to my style because I'm a man who still loves make-up dearly and it was only when I started coming out that I went into the make-up aisle and didn't feel the pressure to look "natural" and "girly" and started experimenting with bright lipstick, eye shadow and foundation. So make-up is an enoumrous part of my identity. When it comes to clothing I can't help but not end up varying everything from dresses to chinos, heels to Converse for an entire week.

I live in polo shirts and tshirts, jeans and shorts, hoodies and jackets and a LOT of beanies. I also own a freakish amount of socks. I also own a lot of shirts/flannels, but I'm not wearing them as much in an effort to pass. It breaks my heart to abandon my once favourite clothes in order to pass, but it has to be done or I'll be called "she" for the rest of my life...
