Ok, another crazy question from yours truly,

Many times our breasts as trans-women do not look quite large enough even though we are of the same size of a genetic woman. A 38C on them looks far larger then it does on us.. I understand this is because of the larger Sternum bone between the breasts..

What are some of the ways to deal with this without getting implants, or compensating with a push-up bra.. Is there any other natural and/or surgery that would correct the breasts without implants? I really do not want implants as I feel I have quite good natural growth and I have never liked the idea of implants. I fit in a 38 C Bra just fine but when I remove the bra the breasts look smaller then their actual size... I am still growing but I am happy with a C or just a small D cup. I don't want enormous breasts but similar to what I have but what it would look like on a Genetic women....

So what other options are there other then implants or just wearing a pushup bra?

Good posture and the right kind of clothing. Works wonders.

It's not just the sternum, it's the size and shape of the entire ribcage..
