A couple issues, as of now, I don't believe Illinois Medicaid covers transition costs. Secondly, with what they pay, finding a physician who accepts Medicaid for SRS is going to be difficult as the only Doc I am aware of is Dr Loren Schecter and while he did the first Medicare covered SRS, someone on the boards mentioned he might not accept insurance and I would guess Medicaid would be further down the list of what he might accept.
