I made another post earlier:https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,187860.new.html#new

In that post, I mentioned that I'm trying to lose about 38 pounds, with exercise I could do it in a month or two, but as I also mentioned, I'm content with my current height.

I read in this post on yahoo:https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20091027182012AA4ghMr
That jogging/running won't.

Will it?

I'd really like to reach my target weight before August.

Thank you for your time.

It shouldn't make you grow taller, but if you lose the weight, then there could be a chance of you standing/sitting up firmer and make you *appear* like you are taller.
