Full time: This is it!

Good Morning/Evening Beautiful People,

I just want to share with you all that as I am typing this milestone, Senior Management at work are being told about my transition followed by a town hall this Monday and Tuesday to inform everyone about the correct guidelines dealing with me. I cannot help but to feel emotional about this as this is the last step of getting my life aligned in all aspects socially.

I could not have done this without the support and help of this community. Your shares, experiences of triumph and challenges completely made me muster the courage to do it.

For that I am truly grateful. It does get better

Thank you Babe  - I have been coming to work dressed up very feminine with make up and nails done so this week will just be a confirmation of what they are seeing visually.

I remember your post a few months ago regarding your work transition and I just want to let you know it touched my heart. Thanks for sharing that sweetheart.

I will be full time at work in July as well. I'm so excited!

Unlike April, however, work is largely treating it like a non event. My boss will just send out one email and that is it. No town hall, nothing. I go get a new ID and change some official things and I'm done. I'm kind of cool with it being that way though. I just want to get on with life.
