Hi all. New here so a little introduction. Early 40s, married, after years of fearing the sky would fall in, I talked things through with my wife, who was not only understanding but supportive. Since then, I've sought a GIC referral from my UK GP and just seen the mental health people.

I guess my story is pretty routine, in denial much of my 20s and 30s with occasional bouts of trying and failing to make sense or progress. I think I realised i was getting no younger and should get to grips with this part of me, started cleaning up, and here I am! Hoping to make friends here with people in similar situations!
