I was talking with a sales associate at LUSH on the phone today and as soon as I said "hello", he said, "how can I help you, miss?"
Honestly the most incredible feeling, I had to keep from crying on the phone. And he suggested their most feminine products to me, and then afterwards said, "I hope you have a wonderful day, ma'm."
I'm still kind of speechless to be honest...
