Late appetite increase?

A common side effect of T is an increase in appetite. I've seen quite a few posts about this on the forums. From what I've read, the increase is usually somewhere at the start of T.

I seem to be quite odd in that regard. My increase didn't seem to happen until about a year and a half in. Now, at two years on T, I think about food a lot and am hungry a lot. I don't know if this is because i'm just more conscious of what I eat (I would prefer not to gain a lot of weight) or if I'm actually eating a lot more than, say, a year ago but...My appetite is huge. I remember that pre-T, I could rarely finish a three course meal in a restaurant. Now, I can eat a three course meal and have room for more. I seem to eat more than my mother's boyfriend, who's like half a meter taller than I am. When I go out for dinner with friends, I'm always the one wanting more while everybody else is quite full. What gives? Anyone here who has noticed a late increase in appetite as well?
