Dressing services recommendations?

Hi all

Do any UK girls know of any dressing services in the vicinity of West Yorkshire or Manchester they would recommend? I'm looking for somewhere that will be friendly and kind to a nervous closeted CD, offer good advice re how to look feminine within the constraints I have, AND not be a rip off!
