I used to cycle quite regularly a few years ago mtb'ing and road cycling  that I would have called myself a hard core amateur. I went to do a simple ride in the park yesterday after not really donning my gear in over a year. I tried to pull up my mtb shorts which are not so stretchy at the waist band ..lol...and the made it about 3-4 inches past my knees, say what....... It seems like I am filling out and getting more round than I appreciated. I was amazingly happy about this adhoc confirmation of changes. I knew I lost much muscle mass and strength and the legs and butt jiggle more but I had no idea I am starting to fill out so much ;D ;D 😉 😉

Oh my god, Becky, look at her butt, it is so big.....

Just had to say it. But congrats on shaping rather nicely. I can't wait to get started.
