i believe it has to do with the state of evolution. male vessels are larger because they were the warrior types in the ancient civilizations. women on the other hand were gathers and didnt need the oxygen that the men needed.

I'm not sure of what proof there is or isn't, but as far as my body is concerned they have. It's why they do all the blood draws out of my left arm now instead of right arm. Hugs
