Well its possible you lose a bit if you work out a bit after hormones...
fat tissue is supposed to build down a bit and muslces build up...
so a healthy nutrition, not too much fat and sugar, or high sugar drinks, and a bit of exercise could help...
don't overdo it, a bit of a change should do...
maybe regularly taking a walk for half an hour... bicycling... or a few situps twice a day... etc...
you could try one or two pieces of darker colours for your outfit... not too dark it might affect mood, maybe wearing just one piece like a sweater... darker colours tend to hide surfaces...
and maybe a pair of trousers combined with a sweater one or two sizes bigger...
and you might try button down shirts, not fit into trousers but hanging down... that should help conceal hips...
