I was lucky that Mother Nature gave me quite small "boy parts" and there is not much to hide

the most effective long term methods include temporary penile inversion or using medical grade tapes.

temporary inversion is when you push the penis and gonads back up into the abdominal cavity and keeping them there with only the scrotal sac pulled back as much as is tolerable and tucked between the buns. all of it should stay in place with the tightness of the tuck. Keeping it stretched over a long time could also get you little extra depth for when you get GRS.

The tape methods have been covered on here in several threads. you could also use some tape on the sac to keep it flat in the back and in place during the inversion method until you need to go #2.  (a "tail" in back is as much a visual red flag as a bulge in front)

I've used all these before getting to the point where it all just stayed up in there after years worth of use.  But I wouldn't recommend duck tape- sure it'll give you one helluva good concealing, but it'll get very itchy after a few hours and can leave a rash and residue from the adhesive.

I hear you gal. I want to get just a bit off my tummy before doing a bikini, but here I am about a week ago in my swim suit mostly showing my fab legs. xx

Tummy is so hard to get nice and thin. Am working on it too but close now. I just need to stay away from the sweets more. So hard to do.

Yes that is right kinda hard at any age but somewhat harder as a girl gets a bit older. Yes you are right refined sugar is actually quite awful for the body you have a good idea to minimize that.

I have small B cup they have grown some more recently but I'd love to get DD cups or DDD cups and I might be able in not too long to get a boob job in a developing country so I have at least a chance of covering the cost. I am told by a friend that it isn't TOO much more simultaneously to get lipo and put the extra fat cells in my butt for even more sensuous curvvves. 

Although this increases the recovery time from about 2 weeks to about 4 weeks I am told by my friend.

I am told that lipo won't work in a case of extreme obesity, but my tummy should be a suitable candidate for lipo although it may not be necessary. With more walking I likely could solve it in a few months. xx

I think that I read in one of your other posts that you are either pre HRT or just starting, so the good news is that once you get rid of the belly fat and have been on HRT long enough, you won't accumulate fat as much in that region since estrogen will cause your body to start storing fat in typically female areas, however, you will still have extra fat cells in your abdominal area, and you would need lipo to get rid of them, but as long as you exercise and maintain a healthy weight it shouldn't be an issue.

I really want to buy a swimsuit but I'm holding off until sometime after I start HRT. which is a couple weeks away. jalynn I feel you about it being hard to get rid of the belly fat. I've been really trying for months and I haven't lost a pound. Looking forward to HRT and thinking maybe I will do some Lipo laser just to give me a little boost. and any fat that comes back should mostly be in a more female area.

I have been on hrt since November. I started with e earlier but am just counting my start date as November when I started spiro. I still dress male on the outside for work and when out. Feel like boobs are getting to the point where they can be noticeable. I might weigh about 50lb less than last year this time. I read that the weight will transfer to other areas. Sounds great and sure am hoping. You girls look so pretty.

I was at Target yesterday and almost bought a bikini , but my dawn stomach is still too big , but I think it's getting better. I sure was tempted though because my breasts are nice.
