Try "Reference Guide Bi-face tape with polyurethane liner." The tape used in that tutorial is 3M medical tape #1524, and is the only tape recommended by this particular prosthetics company (Medical Art Resources) for its facial and breast prostheses. This might be what LolaJake uses too, but getting a hold of it is tricky; factor2 doesn't sell it any more, apparently.
When I looked it up on the 3M website, it said that it's a double-sided, silicone-treated liner (basically kraft paper) with an aggressive acrylate adhesive, 0.06 mm thick. Maybe there's a similar product out there that's easier to come by?
