Cheap STP packer for a beginner

I never considered a packer until my wrath for the female genitalia went up to a whole new level recently so I am new to the whole thing. I was reading the sticky thread for this and some of the reviews but I didn't actually find specific information about how to put it on.  How does it get glued on? Or do I have to wear a harness to hold it?  I am interested in the ones that you can pee with and I am very tight on budget.  I don't care much about how realistic it looks as long as it looks like a penis. I am just looking for an STP that works well and practical for moving around.

The cheapest STP I know of that is remotely shaped like a penis is the top of my head is the Mr. Fenis, which I've seen on Toolshedtoys. It's like $25. I've never used it, so I couldn't tell you much. You could also get the Mr. Limpy STP's, they'll run you about $35 unless you choose to buy just the packer and turn it into an STP yourself. There are several tutorials on how to do this on YouTube etc. The Mr. Limpy by itself is about $12, and to convert it to an STP you'd need silicone tubing and some sort of receptacle, usually a medicine spoon,  and that would cost another $5 tops. So if you make it yourself you'd save quite a bit.

I'd suggest getting the xsmall Mr. Limpy to start out with to get used to packing, then either convert it to STP or buy something better when you can.

And yes, you'll use a harness. This is what I use, works great and was free. I made it with two shoestrings

Aero, gave you great advice.  I agree with the extra small Mr. Limpy or the Masho.  If you go to tranzwear dot net you can get either of those with a choice different funnels or a medicine spoon already made.

I've been actually practicing with the medicine spoon before I bought the actual thing but it seems I still suck at it.

I mean, WHY couldn't the F. genitalia pee with the clitoris?
(If it's going to look like a penis then why not be able to pee with it...)
