Report button on user profiles

Having a report user on the profiles on everyone on the site here could be a good thing, it can help with things when it comes to reporting things not in a thread or message like retaliatory smiting

I've seen some stuff that could be considered smite wars too (or smite battles, nothing that big), but I would be more inclined to report something like that via PM to Susan and/or the senior mods.

The post in question regarding the smite would still have to be known.

They can report by a Mod report or directly to Susan or Cindy.
