Quote from: AndrewB on July 15, 2015, 08:01:53 AMStick with whole grains, the only alternative is white bread with the nutrients stuffed back into it artificially, which is just gross and totally not what your body deserves if you're trying to take care of it. While all these foods may do as RaptorChops said, remember that the quantity of these you'd have to eat every single day to make a significant physiological difference, especially a visible one, would be unreasonable for the average person. You'd gain weight eating too much of most of a lot of these before you'd gain any significant secondary sex characteristics. Soy is really the only estrogen-boosting ingredient you could reasonably eat high portions of unintentionally without ruining your health, since it comes in so many forms and isn't a "filler" food in comparison. Just stick to reasonable portions and you'll be fine, folks.
