Question about obtaining my HRT letter

I contacted a local pride center that said they could provide me with an HRT letter that I can take back to my endo to begin. They said they could provide the letter after 2-3 sessions but could not see me long term because they are not mental healthcare professionals. Will this be okay? After I obtain the letter I will see my endo for the first time so all I know is that they require it.

I live in Pennsylvania in the USA. Our state is informed consent. Usually an intake is done then a visit with a doctor and a blood test is ordered the first visit (I go to a LGBTI primary care) than HRT is prescribed the second visit if all goes well with the blood test.

There are exceptions where I go. I was suicidal and had to go to therapy 6 months (become stable) and get approval from my therapist prior to HRT being prescribed.
