I didn't sleep well tonight and it's really due to uncomfortable feeling in my chest.... I'm scared that it is high blood pressure.. I only felt it on my chest and my heart was beating slightly fast but it also felt like my chest was swollen. It doesn't help my anxiety kicked in as I read articles about how high blood pressure should feel...
Are there any other possibilities of what it might be..
