E-mail settings

How do I change the settings to stop susansplace from sending me e-mails? I checked my e-mail today and was swamped with things like "you got a new PM" and other like e-mails.  I know I found a way to change this on my old profile account but can't find it now.

Based on your settings I do not see why you would have a ton of them.  Your only setting now is that you would receive on moderation of topics you started I believe.
