Intercourse and phalloplasty.

Will be getting SRS coverage soon and I'm heading towards phalloplasty. I've heard all the pros and cons about RFF and ALT, all except for one detail.. HOW IS SEX ON THE RECEIVING END WITH A GUY WHO's POST-OP PHALLOPLASTY?? And how would you compare it to any other form of penetration? This goes for vaginally and anal. I'm not into anal lol but I'm sure someone else is interested. Please can someone answer these questions. I can't find this topic anywhere. I'd like to know what my partner could experience and to know if she is or isn't satisfied.
