Before I answer, let me just preface this by saying that I work in a very public customer-service job where I'm basically the person that greets every single person that comes into the poker room, so I deal with a LOT of people every single day, and therefore have a lot more opportunities for people to make remarks on my appearance than most people here probably do. Especially since most of the people who come into the poker room are middle-aged hetero guys, exactly the type who seems to be the most complimentary toward young women. With that said, I get compliments from guys pretty much every single day... probably an average of one or two per day when I'm working at the front counter like that.
When I'm a dealer, which forces me to wear what's basically a bland completely-body-covering shapeless unisex all-black uniform, the response is much less complimentary. I have still been complimented several times, but it's very inconsistent, maybe once every few weeks or so at the most. And unfortunately, in addition to those compliments I've been misgendered three times.
So yeah, I get complimented when I'm actually wearing flattering business-casual clothes that hug my body's curves, but I definitely don't win many points for having a pretty face or being one of those girls whose boobs and butt shows up even when they're wearing unisex clothes, I only look androgynously female-ish when I do.
