I want to keep my small T-grown penis intact, but still be able to have intercourse. Therefore, I thought...is it possible to have a phalloplasty, but keep the clitoris intact right underneath the new phallus? If that's possible, how would you inflate?

BearGuy, just saw your post.  Yes, I read several reports of guys keeping their t enlarged clit/penis when having phalloplasty, in factor I think most surgeon asked you chose embedding it in your new large penis or leaving alone.  I understanding there are pros and cons on which way ones decides.  I have though about what I may do even thou it is years away for me.  Would be greatly interested in anyone who has done either way.

Woo, that's excellent then. Yup, it's also several years away or so for me. My current plan is to just get the release surgery without scrotoplasty (for now). My concern is getting any type of surgery where there is no "going back" (in case of risk of loss of sensation, etc). If I did the partial phallo w/ leaving the clit intact, I think it'd be the safest route to go. And hey, two penises is better than one xD of course...it would require a bit of explaining.

Yes, it's possible, and I've seen a xtube type video of someone who's surgery was like that.  If you chose this route, though, you won't be able to get the microsurgery where in your clitoris is attached to nerves in your constructed phallus (this is what really helps with the sensation in the phallus).

It's usually buried beneath the shaft, but still in tact.  IMO, It makes no sense to not use it in the phallus construction, since that's often where a set of nerves are wired to from the skin graft and then buried in the penis. Overall, it helps the constructed phallus have more points of sensation. If you want optimal sensation, I would use as part of the package (no pun intended), instead of opting to keep them separate. I think the best way to think of it is the level of stimulation your experience via your groin vs via your erectile tissue. Personally, most of my stimulation is through my erectile tissue and then it's transferable to my groin when extremely aroused. I assume you're asking the initial question because you're afraid of losing ALL sensation, but that's pretty uncommon compared to what it was several decades ago.
Meow.
