Trachea Shave under chin - who does it?

Hey Everyone,

I'm looking to have a trachea shave done with the incision done under the chin to minimise scaring. The only place that I know of who specifically do it this way are Facial Team in Spain. But surely there must be other options - who are they?

I think most of the FFS surgeons do, the only one that I know of who doesnt is Dr Zukowski who goes in  via an endoscope so there is no scar or very little scarring.
